As the result of my previous email and a couple of telephone messages you kindly confirmed that a plumber would come to Treetops on Monday morning of this week and Craig duly arrived just before 9.00am.  By midday he had dealt with the two items previously mentioned, plus several items of snagging that I had listed for my builder to get attended to when contact is re-established.  I cannot praise Craig’s efforts too highly.  He was pleasant, helpful and efficient.  The service received is much appreciated
